THE ONLY WAY TO HAVE A FRIEND IS TO BE ONE
Helping you cultivate connection that feels peaceful, not performative.
Hi, I'm Keragan.
I’m a social health and connection coach whose mission it is to help others connect better. With themselves, their friends, and their community.
Imagine leaving social settings feeling more aligned, energized, and expressed. Less replaying what you said, wondering if people liked you, or worrying about whether you talked too much, or not enough. That’s what taking ownership of your connection can feel like.
Not to be dramatic (okay, maybe just a touch), but connection is actually a matter of life and death.* It’s something we all crave and yet, much like that one flaky friend, it comes and goes as it pleases. I’m here to help you stop waiting to see if it’ll show up, and start building it on purpose.
My coaching philosophy honors the synergistic relationship between the known and the felt. My Master’s in Psychological Sciences instilled in me a deep reverence for research, evidence, and the patterns that shape human behavior. In the same breath, I hold just as much respect for that which cannot be measured: the gut feeling, the quiet knowing, the thing you sense before you can name it.
I know firsthand what it takes to build connection with intention. I moved to New York City not knowing a single person, and within a year I had found a coworking space full of fellow community builders, started a neighborhood podcast club, and even built an app prototype designed to connect people to hyperlocal events. I've also spent time on the other side of the mic, designing and hosting a social and emotional learning podcast for an Arizona-based nonprofit. None of it happened by accident. All of it required showing up, initiating, and learning how to let myself be seen.
Building a deeply aligned, connected life asks you to embrace both logic and intuition. If you're ready to go inward and put what you discover to the test in the real world, we'll get along smashingly.

What we’ll explore together
Want better connection, but don't know where to begin? We'll work to clarify what you want, notice the patterns that shape how you connect, and practice new ways of showing up in the real world.
Connection to self
What brings you to life? When do you feel most yourself? What parts of you are waiting to be expressed? We start by getting honest about who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and self-protection.
Connection with others
Friendship, intimacy, repair, conflict, vulnerability, and the everyday courage of letting yourself be seen in your many forms. Navigating the messiness that comes with being in relationship.
Belonging & community
Finding, creating, and tending the spaces where you feel seen, energized, useful, and rooted. Diversifying your opportunities for connection.
Relational narratives
The beliefs and habits that shape how you show up in relationships. Do you have a growth or fixed mindset? Do you keep the peace at the expense of your needs and wants?
Social courage
Initiating plans, asking for what you want, taking up space, facing discomfort, and leading with action.
Place, ritual & rhythm
Leveraging neighborhood clubs, third spaces, and routines that make connection more accessible, reliable, and sustainable.
